Every guest is unique – and that’s exactly what our offerings are tailored to. With safety, experience, and authenticity, we strive to be the best and offer the best. Away from the crowds, towards your perfectly tailored mountain experience.
“Being a mountain guide is not a job – it’s a passion.”
Michael Lerjen-Demjen first climbed the Matterhorn at the age of 10 and has summited it over 100 times. At 18, he climbed his first 8,000-meter peak without supplemental oxygen. Numerous records in the Alps, first ascents in Patagonia and the Himalayas, spectacular descents on the steepest faces, and participation in international ski competitions make his experience and skill set unique.
With the founding of Matterhorn Guides, he brings this passion directly to his guests – for unforgettable, tailor-made mountain experiences at the highest level.
